The place was stylish, really impressive design. I mean, it had all the essentials, a kitchenette with pots and even a washing machine, like they thought of everything for a long stay. The staff were not just friendly, they were genuinely helpful, like when they stored our bags while we explored.

The King Room was spacious with a gorgeous free-standing bath and a comfy lounge area. Lots of thoughtful little touches made the stay feel special. Easy to get around, right near Canal Street, but surprisingly quiet inside. Lovely staff made me feel welcomed. Would highly recommend this place!

Had an unbelievable experience at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond when they surprised us on our anniversary with rose petals on the bed and balloons in the room, such a thoughtful touch! Plus, the bed was so comfortable, I almost forgot I was away from home.
